Our client, (“National Health”) had simply outgrown their existing communications platform. They had been using a 3Com NBX. This product was no longer supported by the manufacturer and was becoming expensive to maintain. In addition their carrier cost from their provider at the time continued to rise. National Health was using a blended internet \ voice application with PRI integration to their PBX with 60 Direct Inward Dial Numbers.
In response to rising maintenance cost and monthly carrier cost National Health contacted Jabo Communications to design a complete voice and data solution in an effort to lower cost and enhance productivity.
Jabo Communications proposed a fully hosted voice solution that has since reduced monthly cost and greatly increased productivity. Jabo Commination’s uses award winning Polycom end points and a robust Unified Communications backend to deliver powerful desktop collaboration that integrates voice as well as Instant Message and Microsoft business tools.
Once provided the opportunity to prove our value, Jabo Communications has proceeded with other high tech services for National Health to include High Speed Metro Ethernet Integration and robust Wireless LAN integration that shares traffic to both a secured internal network and an available guest network.
Our relationship with National Health has surpassed 10 years and continues to grow in a positive and supportive manner.
